Haebin Seong

Hello! I am a computer geek living in South Korea, interested in making the world a better place with technology.

I am currently working in San Francisco on an O-1 visa, pushing the boundaries of autonomy on top of AI Agents at AdaL. I previously worked as a Senior Research Scientist in Physical AI at Maum.ai’s “WoRV (World Model for Robotics and Vehicle Control)” team. I obtained my Master’s Degree at the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (MLAI) Lab in the Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence at KAIST, under the supervision of Professor Sung Ju Hwang. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from POSTECH.

I am currently interested in Automation, involving AI Agents, Physical AI, and AI Safety. I also participated in hacking competitions (CTFs), including a first-place win at DEF CON CTF, as a member of my school club PLUS and my previous company Theori.

I’m committed to building autonomous agents for a better world. But beyond the engineering, I’m deeply passionate about the social impact of AI - specifically, designing an AI-era society where the wealth of technological advancement benefits all of humanity.
